1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only available for the following services:

VPS Hosting (monthly and yearly plans)

Shared Hosting (yearly plans only)

VPN Services (yearly plans only)
Refunds do not apply to:

Domain registrations or renewals

One-time setup fees or add-on purchases

Custom configurations or professional services

Services canceled due to policy violations (e.g., abuse, spam, or illegal content)
2. Refund Request Period
To be eligible for a refund, your request must be submitted:

Within 7 days of the initial purchase for VPS and VPN plans

Within 14 days of the initial purchase for Shared Hosting plans
After these periods, no refunds will be issued.

Please include your order number, service type, and the reason for your request.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method, once approved.
4. Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancelling a service does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Refunds must be requested explicitly and meet the conditions above.
5. Service Suspension or Termination
If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service, you are not eligible for any refund.
6. Changes to This Policy
Soul Host reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
